When I drink more water, it just seems to make me pee more. So is there really any point in consuming the large amounts of liquid that alkalising gurus such as Dr. Young say is so central to the programme? Surely the water is just washing through me?
Well, I guess not surprisingly, the answer is yes 'super hydration' can be the absolute cornerstone of building, maintaining and re-gaining health. There are however several do's and don'ts and a small weekly dose of science that need to be 'in the mix'.
